Hometown festival organizers from Noise Pop Industries and The Mill Valley Chamber of Commerce are proud to announce that more than 50 locally-owned businesses and NorCal artists have accepted their invite to participate onsite during the third annual Mill Valley Music Festival as the independently-owned-and-operated weekend event returns May 11-12.
Following a successful Year 2 event last spring that hosted 10,000+ total patrons while expanding to two days, Mill Valley Music Festival will soon return to Friends Field to transform the Mill Valley Community Center into a sprawling outdoor festival grove. Throughout the two-day event, organizers hope that attendees will support the many local businesses that collectively offer a taste of the good life in Mill Valley.
Beyond the highly-anticipated 2024 music lineup that features headliners Fleet Foxes (Saturday) and Greensky Bluegrass (Sunday), and among other acts like Thee Sacred Souls, Margo Price, Fruit Bats, St. Paul & the Broken Bones, and Rebirth Brass Band, Mill Valley Music Festival will again host a massive outdoor vendor village featuring many of the NorCal region’s best artisans, creatives, and designers as well as important community organizations and nonprofits.
Dubbed the Manzanita Market, this outdoor vendor village will feature a mix of clothing and apparel, home goods, jewelry, and so much more, not to mention local philanthropy and community-centric organizations like Kiddo!, the Mill Valley Schools Community Foundation and Mill Valley Friends of Parks & Recreation, which are also the festival’s official charity partners that are benefiting from ticket proceeds this spring.
To keep bellies full throughout the festival weekend, organizers have also carefully curated a selection of popular local restaurants and food trucks which features several returning food vendors: Piazza D’Angelo, Mamahuhu, Zalta Mediterranean, and HopMonk Tavern. New additions to the food lineup include Antone’s East Coast Sub Shop, Angela’s Organic Ice Cream, Nellie’s Oysters, and Madrona Bakery.
