“Please Do Not Eat the Display”: Teresa Rea and Friends Have Created an Incredible Gingerbread House Replica of the Depot Cafe & Bookstore – Don’t Miss This Must-See Creation!
Rea has teamed up with the Depot Cafe & Bookstore on a gorgeous replica “Gingerbread Dream” house, located within the bookstore. Rea had some help from her friends Adrienne, Jill, Maggie and Tom – in “elfabetical order.”

We are FAR from finished. On Sunday, Dec. 17th from 12-4pm at the Community Center, we’ll have another lineup of great performances – including the one and only Millbillies, Sweaty Baby, Marin Conservatory of Dance, Rock the Ages, Ellie McKee and Roco Dance & Fitness, as well as a bunch of great children’s games and activities like the huge slide, a jumpy house, cornhole and an array of additional activities, both inside and outside at the Community Center. We’ll have Cousin’s Maine Lobster and Hopmonk food trucks, a beverage program for adults and kiddos alike, and much more and live music throughout the day.

“The Windowscapes are each a single exposure,” Toranto says. “Window reflections merge with what is on the other side of the glass. These photographs are not created by layering. Looking through glass is always surprising. Changing the camera angle changes the reflection: shadows change the way the objects show or do not show. Inanimate objects in a window can seem to have personality, as photographs are inanimate and yet arouse feelings.”

The Chamber’s case for vibrancy extended to a long-empty bank. “As Reynolds said, “Let’s breathe life into a dead bank building.”

DeBartolo is set to collaborate with another Mill Valley music dynamo with a showcase of two Bright Antenna bands – Windser and Akira Galaxy – at the Sweetwater Music Hall on Dec. 11th.

O’Hanlon will have food provided by a wide range of local restaurants, including Mill Valley Market, Whole Foods, Good Earth Natural Foods, Piazza D’Angelo, Mamahuhu, the Depot Cafe and more.
