Not content to just serve up delicious Chinese-American food in Mill Valley natives Justin and Tyler Catalana’s former Mill Valley Beerworks space at 173 Throckmorton Ave., Mamahuhu, Michelin-starred chef Brandon Jew’s more casual Chinese-American restaurant and his first move outside of San Francisco, is expanding its book club into Mill Valley with support from the venerable Mill Valley Public Library.
Mill Valley readers, together with the team at the Public Library, have put together a book club kit of Stories of Your Life and Others byTed Chiang. Head to the library, ask a librarian for a copy, read read read, then meet up at Mamahuhu Mill Valley on Monday, January 23rd at 6 pm to discuss these short stories over dinner!
