On September 25 at 5:30 pm, come together with fellow Mill Valley residents for an inspiring evening of unity and inclusion. Our reception will feature two short films, Mill Valley Stands United Against Hate and Crisis of Hate, and a dynamic panel discussion focused on how we, as individuals and a community, can actively confront hate and foster unity. Located at 54 Throckmorton Ave. in downtown Mill Valley, the shop is open 7 days a week. They deliver flowers Monday-Saturday from San Francisco as far as northern Marin.

“I feel a strong responsibility to familiarize my community with all that SMFD provides, such as fire prevention and suppression, medical and ambulance, search and rescue and vegetation management services,” Waldeck said. Waldeck and the other incumbents in the race — Cathryn Hilliard and Ashley Raveche — generally believe that the district’s merger with the Mill Valley Fire Department was a success. “Morale is strong,” Waldeck said. “Opportunities for promotion have increased.”
