Five months after continuing their long-germinating collaboration with Watershed in the old sawmill building of the Mill Valley Lumber Yard, Ged Robertson and chef Kyle Swain are expanding the restaurant’s hours to include Tuesday night, in response to continued demand for expanding dinner service beyond Wednesday to Sunday.

“Steak, Pizza, Brussels and Mussels,” the pair announced in an Instagram post. “Chef @kyle_swain and team are serving up all the goods from our kitchen six nights a week! Also, Watershed will now stay open with a limited menu from 3-5pm.”
