DocLands Documentary Film Festival concluded May 14 after five days of in-person screenings at the Christopher B. Smith Rafael Film Center with the announcement of the overall 2023 DocLands Audience Choice Award for Denny Tedesco’s “Immediate Family,” which chronicles the journey of a group of close friends who became the premiere studio band for the musical icons of the ‘70s and beyond, giving us a backstage tour of rock history.

Ethnic food and goods from local BIPOC businesses will be available to purchase, so join us for a fun-filled day and let’s get to know each other!”
