Mill Valley Music owner Gary Scheuenstuhl rarely lets an anniversary for his fabled Miller Avenue record shop go by without gathering his stable of all-star musician friends for a raucous concert at the Throckmorton Theatre to celebrate the occasion.
The 2023 edition continues the tradition on Saturday, April 29th at 8pm as the Mill Valley All-Stars celebrate the 15th Anniversary of Mill Valley Music! They will be performing the Rolling Stones’ album “Let It Bleed” in its entirety plus a satisfying night of other classic Stones’ material. Also contributing are the Marinfidels and SAS (Some Acoustic Stones).
“Mill Valley Music is a record store surviving in the modern age of digital downloading, with a dedication to Keeping Music in Mill Valley,” Scheuenstuhl says. “We have lots of new and used CDs, LPs, DVDs, Tshirts, posters and guitar strings.
“Join us this year to celebrate 15 incredible years of business!” Scheuenstuhl says.
