Sonoma County pianist Larry Vuckovich has long been a staple in the Bay Area and beyond, performing for decades.

Vuckovich is set to return to Mill Valley at the Mill Valley Community Church for a concert on the last Sunday of April on the 27th at 4pm, doing a Dynamic Duo with the hottest guitarist in the Bay Area, Kai Lyons.

“We go back a number of years having developed a wide-ranging repertoire and also have a close music chemistry,” Vuckovich says. “Kai is an amazing young man who travels regularly performing in Cuba, Brazil, Europe, Morocco and other places. He is one of the most versatile guitarists anywhere – he and I have a wide-ranging repertoire spanning the areas of swinging Bebop/Afro-Cuban Latin/Brazilian/World Music including a touch of Middle Eastern – North African, down-home and funky boogaloo blues rhythms, tango jazz + more.
