After pivoting its kids’ summer camp program to Zoom last summer, Mt. Tam Church in Mill Valley is ready to welcome children back in person for two great summer camp opportunities, one for kids and one for youth.
The first is Peace Camp for kids ages 5-12 the week of June 21st-25th. 9am-1pm. $125. The camp’s mission is to empower children ages 5-12 to be peacemakers in the world. Camp includes music, stories, crafts, yoga, and outdoor games.
And new this year, the church is hosting Justice Camp for youth entering grades 6-12 the week of June 14-18. 9am-1pm. $50. A great week of service opportunities, along with some outdoor activities, games, discussion and hang out time. Camp will meet at a different location in Southern Marin each day and will include lunch. Both camps will be held in person & outdoors as much as possible. All faiths or none are welcome.
