The Mill Valley Fire Department is now accepting applications for Volunteer Firefighters. Applicants must live within 30 minutes to the Main Fire Station 7 at 1 Hamilton Drive. The selection process consists of an application review, assessment center/interview panel and an interview with the department’s battalion chiefs.
Monthly requirements: Two Drill nights per month, 48 hours a month ride-along time on the Engine Company and with Paramedics. Volunteers will also be expected to attend monthly trainings and support volunteer association activities.
