The Mill Valley location of Mad Dogs & Englishmen, the not-at-all-like-your typical bike shop within the Mill Valley Lumber Yard, is currently recruiting for a full and part time bike mechanic. The shop specializes in premium quality electric bikes, as well as unique and stylish bicycle apparel and accessories. In addition to MVLY, they currently have boutique-style retail locations in Carmel, Monterey and Montecito (Santa Barbara), with additional locations in the works.
“We like to get to spend time with our customers one on one, getting to know them and building lasting relationships,” co-founder Jennifer Blevins says. “We carry premium brands like Specialized, Vintage Electric, Linus, Brompton, Elby, Super73, Tern, Gazelle, Butchers & Bicycles as well as our special made-to-order bicycle sidecars. We are looking for highly- motivated individuals that need minimal supervision and guidance on a day-to-day basis (after the initial training period).”
