Matthew Stephens, the director of both the Conservatory of Flowers and the San Francisco Botanical Garden in Golden Gate Park, will speak on Thursday, November 3 at 1pm at the Outdoor Art Club about the two Bay Area horticultural treasures that he oversees.

Stephens will present his vision for both institutions and how he is working to further elevate these living museums into international destinations and leaders in plant conservation by connecting plants, people and resources.

The 411: The Outdoor Art Club is at 1 West Blithedale Avenue. The 1pm event is free. Light refreshments will be served. MORE INFO.
