The utility box to be wrapped is the larger of the two on Camino Alto adjacent to Mixt Salads restaurant, 590 East Blithedale Avenue, the box on the right side of the cover page photo. Eligibility While all adults and youth are invited to apply for this program, priority will be given to artists who either live or work in the City of Mill Valley or greater Mill Valley area. Student artists are also encouraged to apply. Artists may enlist assistants or art instructors to help them complete the project. All entries must be an original design, and artwork of the entrant must be suitable for viewing by all ages.Ā

Moulton-Peters, the countyās representative on BCDC, acknowledged the results of the UC Berkeley study, but added, āThe lived experience of people that we have heard from in this county and elsewhere is very different. We need to make a more reliable commute for the people coming from the East Bay to work in Marin.ā Additional changes are planned for the bridge, including removing the toll booths at east end and reinstating a previous high occupancy vehicle lane on the westbound upper deck. Planners are also studying the possibility of using the multiuse lane as an additional lane for carpools and buses.

Caleb Roope, chief executive officer of the Pacific Companies, the projectās developer. āThat isnāt how we see it.ā Roope said the bonds were issued long ago and purchased by Citibank. He said the ruling has failed to shake Citibankās confidence in the project. āEverybody takes for granted that youāre not going to be able to unwind approvals that have already happened,ā Roope said. āThe ruling doesnāt have an effect on what weāre doing and our ability to proceed.ā Roope said his company owns the land in Marin City and has all of the needed approvals.
