WeWork Mill Valley, the co-working space that opened in March is hosting a Wellness Fair in its spaces at 1 & 2 Belvedere Drive in Strawberry on Thursday, Oct. 24 (5:30-8pm).
Organizers say “this immersive experience will take place shortly after the Autumnal Equinox, a significant time of year for rejuvenation and self care. Treat yourself to an evening of breath work, sound meditation, massage, nourishment and community alongside local healers, advocates, and artisans. Admission includes access to two 30-minute wellness workshops, food and beverage, family friendly activities, and exclusive vendor offerings and services.”
