Life is weird and hectic but demonstrably better than it was for much of the previous 18 months. But businesses across a broad spectrum of industries are still very much in crisis mode, and they could really use your empathy and support at the moment, and would be grateful if you could resist the impulse of hopping on Nextdoor or Yelp to share your experience. This piece is not to chastise but to educate and make ourselves aware of the reality of the moment.
