For Mill Valley foodies, few events rival the arrival of the quarterly Edible Marin & Wine Country magazine

The gorgeous publication’s “Bread & Honey” Spring 2015 issue is available at stores all over town now. It “celebrates bread and honey, and the modern farmers, millers, bakers, bee whisperers and mead (aka honey wine) makers – and yes, the bees, which continue to nourish and bless us through their labors,” Publisher and Ediitor-in-Chief Gibson Thomas writes in her “Grist for the Mill” intro column.

“It is said that man cannot live on bread alone, but we say throw in a little honey (or perhaps a wee dram of honey wine) and he’ll do just fine,” she adds.

The Spring 2015 issue includes feature stories on an array of North Bay food industry leaders and venues, including Mill Valley-based writer Christina Mueller‘s story on Pizza Antica Executive Chef Bradley Ceynowa, who helms the group’s four locations, including the one in Strawberry Village.
