As part of its ongoing efforts to engage with the community, the Mill Valley Police Department Is hosting a family-friendly Open House event on Saturday, Oct. 19, 2-4pm at the Public Safety Building at 1 Hamilton Drive. The event will feature tours of the police station, police special units demonstrations, jail photos, displays of both police cars and fire department trucks and refreshments.
“Mill Valley residents and business owners get a chance to interact with our officers all over town, but we thought it would be a fun, engaging experience to invite the community to the Public Safety Building and tour the facilities, check out some cool police vehicles and have the opportunity to ask questions of officers and staff in a casual, family-friendly setting,” Mill Valley Police Chief Alan Piombo says.
