Winterfest 2022: A Heartwarming, Joyous and Unexpectedly Dry Day Until It Very Much Wasn’t!
Much of the day proceeded with a smattering of brief showers early, bright blue skies for most of it, and then a run-for-cover downpour at the end, concluding with another dry spell that allowed Mayor Jim Wickham to lead the the throngs on the plaza for a countdown to the Holiday Tree Lighting.
