MV Lumber Yard Host Multi-Day Holiday Faire – Dec. 8-11
With the holiday shopping season fully upon us, the folks at the Mill Valley Lumber Yard are launching their first annual Holiday Faire.
The event, which will feature live music, warm drinks, an array of holiday shopping opportunities, visits with Santa and his elf, various themed workshops hosted by MVLY retail and food tenants.

At an April 2022 hearing, City Manager Alan Piombo told the council that “in order to make zoning changes, the Planning Commission would need to review those changes prior to them coming back to council for adoption. But there would be no open or ongoing deliberation over what the program would look like.” That hearing is set for Tuesday, August 23 at 6:30pm.

Art About Mill Valley was inspired by a curious visitor who came to the MV Chamber to find out the name of the artist who created the downtown Mosaic. The Mill Valley Historical Society had the answer – Alfonso Pardinas. With an abundance of fantastic art installations about town, we thought it would be fun to highlight many of our local treasures so you can seek them out on your own. We’re honoring the creators and express our deepest gratitude to the generous individuals, foundations and organizations who funded these community-enriching projects.
