As part of the project, CCSF fashion students were given returned Etalon bras to use as their canvas. They were challenged to preserve the garment’s structural integrity while adding creative elements, decorations, or embellishments that showcased their artistic flair. The designs will culminate in a professional photoshoot, where the creations will be showcased in student portfolios and on Etalon’s social media.

Etalon, Mill Valley resident Kristina Rudzinskaya’s company centered around the posture of herself and her colleagues, has garnered a prestigious San Francisco Design Week Award for the Etalon Posture Bra.

Kristina Rudzinskaya has launched Etalon, a product line that seeks to help people improve their postures in a kind and enjoyable way via her patent-pending design that she says has garnered praise from leading orthopedists in the SF Bay Area.
