To help wildfire victims, join us this Thursday January 16th when weāll be donating 100% of all profits to three organizations coordinating aid, including the California Community Foundation, Baby2Baby, and Pasadena Humane. The proposal calls for building a 32-unit affordable apartment complex on a half-acre at 150 Shoreline Highway. The location, in a classified flood zone, runs into the countyās planning focus to limit development in areas that might be threatened by climate change and rising tides.
