Outdoor Art Club Doles Out $72,000 Via 20 Grants to Local Orgs Throughout Marin
The projects listed below needed to fit with the OAC’s purpose of being “dedicated to the protection and beautification of outdoor spaces, wildlife conservation, and other civic, literary, and charitable work.” They span 20 local organizations garnering $72,000 in grants.

From January 5 – February 16, with an artist reception and talk on January 14, 4-6pm, Desta Gallery presents a 20-year survey exhibition of abstract paintings by Jeffrey Long. In the last 50 years, Long has created an immense body of work and achieved great notoriety. “This exhibition features selected abstract work from the past twenty years,” Korn says.

The RSVP allows residents free parking, up to the maximum allowable time limit, at any of the City’s parking meters, seven days a week, from 9 am to 6 pm. Prices are $66 each for Mill Valley residents first or second vehicles and $86 each for residents third or fourth vehicles.
