With the Miller Ave. street closure continuing to draw rave reviews from all over the Bay Area, City officials have approved a second weekend-long street closure in downtown Mill Valley, this time on part of the Throckmorton Ave. block from Bernard St. to near Vintage Wine & Spirits.
Participants include:
Vasco, which will be serving drinks and snacks from 1-5pm and al fresco dinner table service from 5-10pm;
Peet’s, which will have tables and chairs for patrons throughout the day.
Retailers Famous4, Sofia Jewelry, The Store and Wink Optics will be offering great deals.
Two-way traffic will occur throughout the weekend on the Depot side of Throckmorton. There will be “strolling acoustic music” performed to coincide with the closure. There will be parking along Throckmorton from Vintage to Bank of America throughout the closure.
Friday 5pm through Sunday 9pm.
