Holiday Craft Fair Featuring Dozens of Artists Returns to Community Center ā Dec. 2, 10am-4pm
“Join us for this festive event and enjoy some unique holiday shopping,” organizers say. “The fair features many new and returning artists selling their fine handmade arts and crafts. There is a wide variety of items to choose from that may include:Ā woodwork, jewelry, glass work, ceramics, decorations, knitwear, fiber arts, plants and much more.”

In the interests of spreading more joy than ever ā and with the grateful support of our partners at Mill Valley Recreations’ Mill Valley Community Center, we’re expanding Winterfest across two dates. On the Downtown Plaza on Sunday, Dec. 3, we’ll have yet another fantastic lineup of singers, dancers and musicians to perform from approximately 5-6pm. Two weeks later at the Community Center, weāll have another lineup of great performances, great activities, food trucks, a beverage program for adults and kiddos alike, and much more.

While there was plenty of heavy lifting all around to relocate the ferris wheel, which was placed in 2020 as part of Golden Gate Parkās 150th-anniversary celebration from the Music Concourse between de Young Museum and the California Academy of Sciences to Fisherman’s Wharf, Mill Valley native Todd Barbee, a multi-talented designer, helped make the transition happen.
