TheĀ Performing Stars nonprofit organizationĀ in Marin City, founded by the force of nature that is Felecia Gaston andĀ has lifted up more than 3,000 children and introduced them to the arts, is seeking donations to make this Thanksgiving Food Drive a success. A $50 donation will feed a family of four. They are respectfully requesting a financial donation of any amount.

Mill Valley resident Jesse Roselin spearheads Tutor Corps, which providesĀ tutoring in all K-12 subjects, as well as Pacific Preparatory, an in-home, one-to-one, K-12 private school launched in 2002 that promises an engaging one-on-one academic experience with flexible curriculum and scheduling. They’re hosting a fall webinar series, a book club for kids, reading circles for pre-K through 1st grade and virtual paint nights for kids 3rd thru 8th grades.
