On the Ninth Anniversary of Robin Williams’ Passing, Throckmorton Theatre Hosts an Exciting Tribute to the Master – July 22
The legendary Throckmorton Theatre has some additional Robin Williams-related fun on the way. On Saturday, July 22 at 8pm, the venue is hosting a special celebration honoring Mill Valley’s favorite comedian, with proceeds supporting the Throckmorton Theatre’s Creative Inspiration Fund in honor of Robin Williams and his enduring legacy of creative inspiration, collaboration, and mentorship.

Jim Welte, executive director of the Mill Valley Chamber of Commerce, said the study seems to match his understanding: Marin has a lively small-business community. “Four out of the five commercial areas in Mill Valley are centered on small businesses.,” he told the Marin IJ. “Mill Valley is very much a mom-and-pop-centric town.”
