Larkspur-based Kandi Cota’s vibrant mixed media painting, perfectly named “All Roads Lead to the Depot,” colorfully captures the fluid emotions of a moment of time in Mill Valley and portrays the artist’s deep connection to the iconic Mount Tamalpais.
