On Thursday, June 22 from 6-8pm,ÆRENA Galleries at 53 Throckmorton Ave. (between Lauren Friis’ Surf + Sand and Playa restaurant) is hosting a “Fields of Gold” solo show for its most popular artist, Kate Salenfriend. Sharon Valentino, the chair of the Mill Valley Arts Commission, who is in Kate’s exclusive club of contented collectors, will lead the discussion with the artist. The special experience of meeting an artist meaningfully broadens and deepens our understanding and admiration of their artwork. The complete collection, will be on display at ÆRENA Galleries in Mill Valley from June 22-29.
The vernissage of “Fields Of Gold” will feature lush landscapes with evergreens inspired by the trees of Mill Valley. Plus, Salenfriend will debut new vines, flowers, and her glimmering, golden birches, all built around her singular style that adds richness and allure to décor.
