Like all large gatherings, Mill Valley Recreation‘s Spring Eggstravaganza looked a bit different in 2021 with a trio of activities in place of the usual in-person egg hunt and bunny breakfast. But as we emerge from the worst of the highly transmissible Omicron variant, officials are ready for the fun to return in a big way in 2022.
As in pre-pandemic years, there will be a free egg hunt, live entertainment, a food truck, fun and much more on Saturday, March 26, from 9am to 1pm.
The free egg hunt, which requires registration, kicks off on Friends Field at the Mill Valley Community Center (180 Camino Alto) at 9:30am with kids 2 and under, followed by 3-year olds at 10am, 4-year-olds at 10:30am, 5-year-olds at 11am, 6-8-year-olds at 11:30am and 9-12-year-olds at 12pm. The Egg Hunt is being sponsored by Bay Equity Home Loans, with Josh Burns Real Estate donating the egg hunt eggs.
