The renowned Throckmorton Theatre revived its longstanding Noon Concert Series late last month, hoping to infuse its landmark space once again with live music.
Next up on the calendar is the Porch Quartet, which was formed in the early days of the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic when musician friends gathered to play on a porch in the Richmond District of San Francisco. Four of these musicians continue to perform together with a unique approach combining historically informed performance and visual audience engagement.
The quartet features Heidi Wilcox and Monica Gruber on violin, Daria D’Andrea on viola and Farley Pearce on cello.
Attendees can choose reserved seating or live streaming.
