ICB ART in Sausalito is hosting the annual Marin Open Studios returns May 3 & 4 and May 10 & 11, in various locations throughout Marin County. For two weekends, art lovers from across the Bay Area are invited to visit art studios all over Marin County for a self-guided tour to meet the artists, enjoy their portfolio of artwork up close, and purchase work directly from the artists. Over 265 artists of every stripe including sculptors, pottery, abstract and figurative painters, photographers, textile, and jewelers to name a few are participating in the 2025 Marin Open Studios, including 60 new artists.
The public is also invited to preview artwork from participating artists at the Marin Open Studios Preview Gallery, April 25 through May 11, at the Sausalito Center for the Arts, 750 Bridgeway (closed Mondays and Tuesdays). Samples of each artist’s work will be on display in this one Gallery. Driving directions to studios will be available at the gallery in a printed guide, and online at www.marinopenstudios.org
“We are so pleased to present our 32nd year of Marin Open Studios and to continue highlighting all the brilliant and diverse artists here in our county,” said Kina Lamblin, newly appointed executive director of Marin Open Studios. “This year we are presenting more artists’ events in the community in addition to our much loved Open Studios event, making art more accessible to the public year round.”
