Like all live music arts organizations, the nonprofit Mill Valley Philharmonic took its lumps during the COVID-19 crisis given the inability to gather music lovers into a room to enjoy live performance.
But the longtime Mill Valley institution, led by Artistic Director Dana Sadava, is unveiling its latest set of performances with “A Celebration of British Composers,” featuring the music of Holst, Elgor, Coleridge-Taylor and more.
The performances are set for Saturday, Feb. 25 and Sunday, Feb. 26 at 4pm, with a free open dress rehearsal on Feb. 24 at 7:30pm. The performances are at the Mt. Tamalpais United Methodist Church at 410 Sycamore Avenue.
