The Youth Job Fair seeks to directly address the gap between a very low unemployment rate and overflowing job boards head-on, with a specific wrinkle for employers: the ability to submit your specific job openings whether or not you intend to be an exhibitor at the event itself. This allows job seekers to get a sense of the available opportunities before they arrive on site.
