At an August 23rd Hearing, City Council Seeks Planning Commission Blessing of a Proposal to Make Outdoor Dining Only Seasonal and Bar Use of Private Property If It Reduces Parking

At an April 2022 hearing, City Manager Alan Piombo told the council that ā€œin order to make zoning changes, the Planning Commission would need to review those changes prior to them coming back to council for adoption. But there would be no open or ongoing deliberation over what the program would look like.ā€ That hearing is set for Tuesday, August 23 at 6:30pm.
