While it took seemingly forever and came at an exorbitant cost, the debut of a pair of public, ADA-accessible bathrooms in the Depot building in January 2021 was a monumental step forward for our community. The new loo, along with the public restroom at City Hall and those at various public parks around town, both provide residents and guests a place to go and, ahem, relieves the burden a bit on cafes, restaurants and stores.

Clean Mill Valley Turns 9, Remains Vigilant on Reducing Litter, Leaning on Volunteers and Businesses

Marin County Public Health Lifts Indoor Mask Mandate for Vaccinated People in Most Settings

Just three days removed from metrics that appeared to force Marin to wait at least three more weeks before it could lift its indoor mask mandate, those metrics took a sharply positive turn late last week. As a result, the mandate, in effect since August 2, was lifted effective today at 12pm, making Marin the first county in the Bay Area to stop requiring face coverings in nearly all public places.Ā

A $50 donation will feed a family of four. They are respectfully requesting a financial donation of any amount.
