Preciado, a 6th grade Mill Valley Middle School student who was selected to play in the Mundialito Cup in Spain in March 2024, the Youth World Cup, is one of a handful of kids in California who were chosen for this opportunity. Unfortunately, there are no scholarships being offered, so Preciado needs some support – and he is almost there.

“Tiburon completed its rezone, and HCD is evaluating for compliance with the housing element,” Murillo said. “Mill Valley has indicated to HCD that it is in the process of completing its rezones.” Mill Valley planning and building director Patrick Kelly said the city Planning Commission will consider the zoning changes on Jan. 23.
