For more than 30 years, Grilly’s has been a beloved Part of Marin County. Owned and operated by resident Jim Revoir for over three decades, the Restaurant has Proudly Stayed a Family Business.

Today, his daughter Carmen and her husband Elmo are honored to carry the torch, continuing the tradition of serving fresh, delicious, and affordable Mexican food while keeping the spirit of community alive and well.

Carmen grew up in Mill Valley and is a proud alumna of Tamalpais High School. Seeing familiar faces, meeting new families, and welcoming those who have been coming for years makes this work deeply personal and rewarding.

The team is the heart of Grilly’s. Many have been part of the family for 10-20 years, and some have been here since the very beginning. Their dedication brings care and consistency to every meal and it’s what makes this place so special.

Our legacy lives in the food. Meats are marinated and grilled fresh daily, never fried. Salsas, dressings, marinades, and agua frescas are handcrafted each morning. With options for kids, vegetarians, and gluten-free diners, there is truly something for everyone.

Giving back has always been part of who we are. We proudly support local schools, sports teams, nonprofits, and community organizations like Kiddo! and the Yes! Foundation.
