Greetings, dear community,

I hope this message finds you well during this changing season. It has been a while since you last heard from me. I had to step back to navigate an unexpected health challenge that required lung surgery. It was quite a journey, but I am incredibly grateful to tell you that the surgery went well, and my recovery is going beautifully. To those of you who reached out during my absence, thank you! Your warmth brought me much comfort and strength.

These past months reinforced something I have long believed: the importance of “full presence.” During this time, the practice of being fully present became my anchor. Through it all, hardship became my schooling, and resistance became my feedback. I had to tune in deeply to my inner compass, accept what is, and let life flow. Of course, I couldn’t have done this without the steady love and support of my husband, my children, and family and friends.

Now, with a renewed sense of gratitude, I am happy to be back in the creative world and to continue with art consulting, and to highlight the wonderful work from an amazing roster of artists, including Nora Bruhn, Katheryn Holt, Carolyn Meyer, and Heidi Shonkoff.
