We still need a few volunteers! Can you help this weekend?

Exciting news! Earlier this year, I joined the Mill Valley Fall Arts Festival as the Volunteer Coordinator, supporting 200+ volunteers who make this incredible weekend happen.

This year’s festival takes place on September 19th & 20th, and it is shaping up to be our best year yet! We’re bringing together talented artists: painters, jewelers, sculptors, photographers, woodworkers, and fabric artists; alongside live music and six fantastic wineries. If you’re in the Bay Area and want to be part of the magic (or return for another great year), we would love to have you! Feel free to grab a friend and sign up for a shift together.

Choose one of many roles that fits your vibe:

  • Wine & Beer Service: Keep the festival spirits high!
  • Welcome Gate: Greet guests, check tickets, and spread good energy.
  • Merch Booth: Help festival-goers pick out their official gear.
  • Artist Hospitality: Check in with our featured artists and offer break coverage.
  • Children’s Grove: Assist with fun, creative activities for local kids.
  • Stage & Behind-the-Scenes Support: Help out near the main stage for our live musical performers.

Shifts are just 3 to 4 hours, and you can pick the exact day and time that works best for your schedule.
