Marin Transit News

Attend Marin Transit’s Next Board of Directors Meeting: Join us at the next Marin Transit Board of Directors meeting on September 14, 2026. Community members and transit riders are encouraged to attend Board of Directors meetings to stay informed about projects and activities that impact transit service in Marin County. During the meeting, attendees can voice their opinion and participate in the decision-making process.
Marin Transit’s September Board meeting will include a public hearing. In July, the Marin Transit Board of Directors set a public hearing for September 14, 2026, to provide a forum for members of the public to share their feedback on proposed fare policy changes to discontinue free transfers for cash-paying riders and discontinue the paid Youth Pass product. Join us on September 14 or submit your comments online.
