EDENS announced today it has partnered with Tartine Bakery & Café to open at Strawberry Village, marking its debut in Marin County. Cholita Linda, with locations in the East Bay and San Francisco, is also headed to Strawberry Village this year.
Earlier this month, San Rafael-based Hot Yoga Republic opened its second location, and three
new public art installations recently debuted. This is the latest news in the transformation of
Strawberry Village, acquired by EDENS in 2022.

“We’re so excited to welcome new retail partners Tartine, Cholita Linda and Hot Yoga Republic,
along with engaging new commissions from local female artists,” said Alexander Ragonese,
Vice President of Development and Investment, EDENS. “These are tremendous complements
to the vibrant community hub that Strawberry Village has provided this community for decades.”

Last year, the 175,385 square-foot property underwent renovations including a bright,
contemporary color palette, new lighting, landscaping, outdoor seating areas, public art and
refreshed signage. Upgrades also included a reimagined central plaza and green space with
outdoor seating that is used for live music, community-driven events or simply relaxing.
Bluemercury, CP Shades, Spot Pet Care, Modern Animal and Citizens Bank were added to
retail offerings at Strawberry Village.
