- For our friends impacted by the fires, Disaster Help Center – California Department of Social ServicesCalifornia Department of Social Services (.gov) https://www.cdss.ca.gov Fire victims also can receive support at local DMV field offices, by calling DMV customer service at 1-800-777-0133 or by visiting www.dmv.ca.gov. .
