At an August 23rd Hearing, City Council Seeks Planning Commission Blessing of a Proposal to Make Outdoor Dining Only Seasonal and Bar Use of Private Property If It Reduces Parking

At an April 2022 hearing, City Manager Alan Piombo told the council that ā€œin order to make zoning changes, the Planning Commission would need to review those changes prior to them coming back to council for adoption.
